Shelley Myatt Fitness and Well Being

For a number of years now I have wanted to create something special that would help me to reach out to people to help inspire and motivate people to embrace health, fitness and most of all to celebrate life with the people we love the most.
My life story has challenged me in so many ways and I know that if I had not had my good health and fitness and my belief in my mantra ‘Strong Body, Strong Mind, Strong Spirit’ – I perhaps may have not been able to find the strength to deal with the grief and rebuilding my life with my children.
I also believe in the power and the strength of a community, I have experienced this personally with family, friends and my gym community. People reaching out and supporting each other can make the world of difference in being able to make positive changes in our lives.
This is why I have created Shelley Myatt Fitness and Wellbeing – to provide an avenue for me as a Shelley Myatt to reach out and share a part of me, my heart, my life and my passion for health and fitness to hopefully inspire others to feel better about themselves, and give self-belief to others that by taking small, positive steps each day we really can Live, Love and Laugh more in our lives.
I also want this page to be very much about community and hope that over time I can create a space for other bloggers to share their expertise on diet, health, wellbeing, fashion and even for others to share their own inspiring stories.
Each day there will be lots happening with workouts; fitness, nutrition and health tips, heaps of motivation and maybe a few laughs – because life does need to be fun!
